Ari holds a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University and a Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. Ari has an extensive career in data-driven process improvement and design spanning all areas of operations including manufacturing, supply chain, customer service and experience. Ari is interested in business operations process design, and has now added data science to his repertoire. Ari recently built a chatbot that leverages natural language processing and a state machine to help users find the perfect wine for their needs.
